It is often said "the only constant is change" yet the notion of organizational change often results in stress, mistrust and dread. Let's face it, the global economy and contemporary labor market are changing at record speed and the reality is that if we are to stay relevant, then change is inevitable. Learners will understand why change is happening, the reasons for change, the common reasons why people resist change and the tools to use to get through the change.
