Supervisory Styles & When to Use Them-November-NYC

Training type: Community Based Training
Training topic: Professional Development
Date and time: Tue, 11/06/2018 - 9:30am to 12:00pm
Location: New York City: Single Stop 123 William Street 9th Floor, (Small Conference Rm)
Description:

Too often managers apply a "one size fits all" approach to managing members of their team. Because we are humans, we are not all motivated, inspired, encouraged or course corrected by the same interventions or supervisory styles. Join us to learn the common supervisory styles and when to use them. Learners will also determine the potential problems for each style and the forces that influence which style to use.
