March Family Navigator
Family Navigators is holding its March session on Wednesday, March 18th from 5:30 - 7:00pm at the CEA.
The focus of this meeting is Capacity Building. Person centered planning tools will be discussed as strategies in identifying community inclusion possibilities for individuals with disabilities. Family Navigators will share knowledge with recognizing the gifts of the Head, Hands, Heart and History, as a means to brainstorming opportunities and roles in welcoming community places.
Registration is recommended as we provide a light meal.
