Job Site Support and Fading (NJ August 2017)
Job Site Support and Fading will provide practical strategies to:
Understand the difference between integration and inclusion;
Identify and develop natural supports from the onset of coaching, and;
Determine the best job coach techniques and strategies to help you fade and decrease support while increasing worker independence.
Note: If you are an adult services provider located in Essex County or providing services for people with disabilities in Essex County, use the Kessler payment option when registering for no cost registration as it is funded by the Kessler Foundation. All others please use the payment option of your choosing.
