As the COVID-19 pandemic continues to affect and disrupt our daily lives its impact is especially acute for individuals living with disabilities. With employers and employees planning to return to work due to COVID-19 related closures, there is uncertainity and many questions regarding disability rights and reasonable accomodations specific to COVID-19. Join us as we provide answers to frequently asked questions, review guidance from the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) specific to COVID-19 related issues in the workplace and share strategies that can enable workers with disabilities to return safely to the work environment, be protected and work from home, if necessary and/or access leave when other acccommodations are not reasonable.
