Breaking Down A Job will provide the step by step process of how to conduct a job and task analysis, as well as, explaining the importance of systematic instruction in the coaching process. Job analysis will be further explored as an important employment tool for job coaches and job developers, and its role in identifying appropriate reasonable accommodations for qualified individuals with disabilities.
