Best Buddies RI Information Session
Best Buddies, a global organization with offices in Rhode Island, is seeking individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities to who might need a “buddy”. A buddy is a college age student who will support the individual in an array of community endeavors including shopping, social activities, medical visits, or just being friend.
The CEA is pleased to host an information session with representatives from Best Buddies on December 1st from 2pm – 3:30pm. The presentation will be geared towards staff of agencies and schools who support individuals with barriers.
Best Buddies has an excellent reputation as a global volunteer movement, and has grown tremendously in the past five years.
The informational session will take place at the CEA, 662 Hartford Avenue Providence, RI.
