April 2017 Job Development and Retention
Job Development and Retention will focus on:
Business development as a long-term employer relationship strategy;
Job development, job placement, job creation, job sharing and job carving;
Networking and sources for job leads:
Job retention strategies, and;
Determining career pathways.
Note: If you are an adult services provider located in Essex County or providing services for people with disabilities in Essex County, use the Kessler payment option when registering for no cost registration as it is funded by the Kessler Foundation. All others please use the payment option of your choosing.
