Part 3: Resiliency and Recovery: Back on Track

Description: Adolescence is a time of emotional development and emotional vulnerability. It is a time of change and self-discovery. Most youth pass through adolescence with little difficulty, despite many challenges. When they encounter difficulty, they tend to be resilient. This webinar will discuss resiliency and identify protective factors that contribute to a youth’s resiliency. In addition, it will identify guiding principles of recovery from mental health and substance use disorders. Self- help strategies and social support networks will be explored.
