The majority of job development activity across the country is focused on creating opportunities within small to medium-sized business, and centered on a one-person at a time approach. While effective for the job candidate and the business in meeting targeted needs, there remains a challenge to ensure that job development activity is scalable and inclusive of the broader businesses culture. During this webinar, we will examine the employer-driven approach. We will explore the impact the business leader can have on job development activity and the possibility of influencing the corporate environment through large scale hiring initiatives. The Assistive Technology Conference of New England is put on by TechAccess and will be held on November 20th 2014 at the Crowne Plaza Hotel in Warwick, RI.
