The majority of job development activity across the country is focused on creating opportunities within small to medium-sized business, and centered on a one-person at a time approach. While effective for the job candidate and the business in meeting targeted needs, there remains a challenge to ensure that job development activity is scalable and inclusive of the broader businesses culture. During this webinar, we will examine the employer-driven approach. We will explore the impact the business leader can have on job development activity and the possibility of influencing the corporate environment through large scale hiring initiatives.
