The National Center of Innovation and System Improvement Training Opportunity: Facilitating Person Centered Planning Tools – MAPs & PATHs 

These day long face to face training sessions will take place at the NCISI, 662 Hartford Avenue, Providence RI, from 9:00am-4:00pm EST. There are four training dates offered for the MAPs training, which is relevant for educators and school personnel.  There are also four training dates offered for PATHs, which is relevant for case managers, supervisors, family members and other individuals who support individuals with disabilities, mental health and/or behavioral health needs.
