Fedcap’s NCISI Director Lori Norris and Community Work Services (CWS) Executive Director Serena Powell presented at the national Source America conference in Hollywood Florida, about the work that Fedcap and CWS are doing to change the lives of people with intellectual/developmental disabilities in Rhode Island.  The presentation focused on Work Readiness, Labor Sector Analysis and Employer Engagement,  Family Engagement, Career Exploration, Job Placement, Job Coaching and building natural on the job supports.   The presentation was tremendously well received as states across the country are struggling with how to change their policies and practices to advance the full integration and employment of people with disabilities.
