The Life Without Barriers Person Centered Practice Approach (the Approach) is a resource for the Board, Executive and senior management, managers and staff in Disability Services and corporate functions within Life Without Barriers to assist in the promotion, communication and delivery of person-centered approaches. It is intended to support a whole of organisation approach to person-centered work, directly with clients and their support networks, in managing, supporting and building capability in the LWB workforce, and in building capacity and partnership with other agencies, funding bodies and communities
