CONNECT2CAREERS™ 2015 WINTER SESSION! 

On February 27th from 10:00-1:00 the CEA will sponsor it's second Connect2Careers™ event.  This highly interactive event is intended to help consumers practice their informational interviewing and self-presentation skills. This event provides the opportunity for 35+ professionals and business representatives and up to 100 individuals with disabilities to interact in a highly engaging atmosphere.  Participants will come to the event prepared with a resume and business cards in hand to practice informational interviewing and to better understand the career options available to them. Modeled after speed dating, participants will have the opportunity to talk to up to 7 business representatives in high growth sectors.  

*For any agency that intends to have consumers they support participate, there is a mandatory preparation session designed to provide the service provider with the upfront knowledge and expectations for preparing participants. Choose one of the following dates:

Option 1: February 4th, 2015 from 9:00-11:00am at the CEA, 662 Hartford Ave, Providence, RI.  

Option 2: February 6th, 2015 from 2:00-4:00pm at the CEA, 662 Hartford Ave, Providence, RI.
