Strategic Planning in Connecticut Rehabilitation Services

On Thursday July 17 from 2 pm - 3 pm EST, Amy Porter and Brian Sigman from Connecticut Rehabilitation Services will present Strategic Planning in Connecticut Rehabilitation Services: Addressing Program Structure and Mission. In this presentation, they will walk participants through a strategic planning process used in their state. They will also explain how this process addressed issues of program structure, mission, central challenge, and key priority areas.
