Cookie Place Food Service Training Program
Cookie Place is offering a 10 week comprehensive training program where students have hands on experience in a fully operational kitchen. Students receive one on one instruction and work on various skills including food preparation, menu planning, Food Safety, and job development skills. The training will start on July 7th 2014 and will be held four days a week (set schedule will be coming soon). It is held on location at 280 Washington Street Providence, RI.
