Calling All Parents for Youth in Transition

Calling all  Partners for Youth in Transition!  The culture of youth with disabilities and special needs is changing - and youth want to actively participate in shaping/changing the environment. 

Please join the Department of Health at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday, November 6, 2014 at the Toll Gate High School Auditorium for: \Can you Hear Us Now? A Presentation, a Play, and a Q&A.\"  

 Through these interactive and dramatic presentations, youth will engage the audience in challenging their \"impression\" of disability.
