5th Annual TRANSITION 101 Parent Conference: An Introduction and Overview of the Process

This conference is intended as an introduction to the transition process in Rhose Island schools. The conference is for families of students with disabilities ages 14-21 who are entering or involved with transition. It will be held on November 14th 2014 from 8:00am-2:15pm.
