Monica A Ciolfi, JD

Monica serves as the Senior Director of Policy and Advocacy for Fedcap.   Monica is a former Deputy Commissioner of Insurance and a Senior Assistant Attorney General for the State of NH.  She managed the State’s $275m employee health benefit plan, and practiced law at one of the State’s largest law firms, Sheehan, Phinney, Bass + Green.  Immediately prior to joining the Fedcap team, Monica served as Senior Advisor to Congresswoman Ann Kuster, who is currently serving her 3rd term representing NH’s Second District.
