Lorrie L. Lutz is Chief Strategy Officer of Fedcap, responsible for program design and innovation, strategic planning, strategic partnerships, and Fedcap’s continuous quality improvement efforts.
Ms. Lutz served for 18 years as the President of L3 P Associates, a consulting firm specializing in enhancing the quality of social services. Ms. Lutz has extensive experience in working with government systems to create change in policy and practice resulting in improvements for people with barriers.
Ms. Lutz’ past professional experience includes serving as the Commissioner of Child Protection and Juvenile Justice Services for the State of New Hampshire, Bureau Chief for Family Services for the State of Idaho, Director of Community Services for Fort Leonard Wood Missouri, Director of Community Programs for Catholic Charities in St. Cloud Minnesota and also served as a line social worker and supervisor in child protective services and a probation officer in juvenile justice services.
Ms. Lutz obtained a Masters in Human Resource Development and a Masters in Public Policy from Webster university in St. Louis Missouri.
