Most managers are met with eye rolls when they suggest "team building" but it can be one of the most important things you can do. It builds trust, mitigates conflict, encourages communication and increases collaboration. Learners will discover the effective features of a team, review team dynamics and team roles and determine how personalitity types impact team position and contributions.
