How to Develop & Assess Community Based Work Evaluations will focus on:
Getting employers to agree on-site work evaluations;
Using tools as part of the process;
Identifying areas for coaching;
Using the data to measure performance and determine strengths, and;
Using the data to make recommendations.
Note: If you are an adult services provider located in Essex County or providing services for people with disabilities in Essex County, use the Kessler payment option when registering for no cost registration as it is funded by the Kessler Foundation. All others please use the payment option of your choosing.
